And the bus stopped going in the shopping center because it couldnt get to the bus stop because so many cars parked in the fire lane. I do know panhandlers were a problem too. Sitting on benches bothering shoppers as they walked by.
- CBChelsey B.Jun 6, 20181.0I have been using this Kroger Pharmacy since moving to Roanoke and it has been the worst kroger pharmacy that I have worked with (3rd so far after several moves). It has taken a week on several occasions for them to get a medication in stock that I have needed. I have had to use other local Kroger Pharmacies to fill prescriptions that they either have stopped carrying (i.e. my birth control that they stopped carrying within the last two months) or do not keep enough in stock. Rather than pulling stock from area pharmacies to make things easier for the customer, they send the customer on a chance around town to find what they need. I have now had medications filled from 3 different Krogers around town due to this issue. If they don't have a medication in stock, they do not notify me, instead I just do not hear from the pharmacy at all until I inquire why it was not refilled by the estimated time. After doing my best to make this work because of the convenient location, I am pulling my prescriptions and taking them to Walgreens where they will overnight the medications that I need so that I never have to go without important medications.
