  Jay did an awesome job getting the stairlift operational again. He explained his work and took time to respond to my questions. He also changed the chair from multi-user to single user because of my request to stop the beeping when the seat was rotated. My concern was I might wake my wife when I was getting onto and off of the chair. Jay was very polite and took extra care to protect our carpeting. Thank you again Jay for the quick repair! The company is lucky to have you working for them!

  I called EZ Mobility Solutions because we wanted to be able to stay in our house as we aged, and my husband is facing knee replacement surgery. There is no way to get into our house without either going up a staircase of 12 steps from the garage to the first floor or going up a steeply sloped walkway plus 8 steps to the front porch and front door. We could see that a ramp would be impossibly long, and it would be difficult to find a location for an elevator. We thought a stairlift would not work because the stairs coming up from the garage had no landing and a door at the top of the stairs. After months of stress trying to figure out a solution ourselves, I found EZ Mobility Solutions on the internet. Daniel Foss came to our home. He was very caring. He walked around the property with us and listened to our thoughts about all the options. To our great relief, he showed us that a stairlift would work, and would be a very affordable option. I highly recommend Daniel Foss and EZ Mobility Solutions.
