She had a chip on her shoulder, rude, and extremely condescending. I have been with Kroger since 1994 and will stay but I now drive all the way across town to Hollins..they are great !
- PTPaul ThompsonMar 1, 20241.0Oh my, the automated system does not work, but you won't know u til you go to pick up your prescription. Then you're told it doesn't work. Then you have to place the order directly with the staff and come back again. You have to speak to someone to get your prescription, but they keep the non working automated system up and running anyway. The staff can be very rude when you try to point this out, and simply say it is what it is, no way to fix it in any way, no apologies and if you don't like it, find another pharmacy. Very unprofessional and very broken system. I don't know why anyone would put up with this.
- BSBrad SneedApr 13, 20201.0Horrible Pharmacy. My physician called in a prescription for a commonly available Rx at 10:20 AM. I called the pharmacy at 3:45 PM to check on the status of the script. After going thru two loooong recordings, I was told it would take another half hour, and it would be ready at 4:15 PM. I stopped by at 4:25 PM and was told it "still needed to be counted out, and it would take another 20 to 30 minutes". What the hell? Are they that busy that they can't put 30 pills in a little bottle in 6 hours? Or are they just that inept? My money is on the latter. This isn't my first negative experience with this pharmacy. I should have kept to my word last time that I would never be back. There are online pharmacies that can fill a prescription faster than this place.
