    The Pharmacist (won't say Her name) should relocate to a pharmacy that doesn't directly have contact with patients..like a hospital ! She had a chip on her shoulder, rude, and extremely condescending. I have been with Kroger since 1994 and will stay but I now drive all the way across town to Hollins..they are great !

    If I could give this place a zero I would. We went there today only to get something since we were in the area. DO NOT GO THERE. It not only smells so bad of garbage throught the whole store, but there was dirty filthy floors, and cockroaches(big and small) crawling around all over the place. I told my husband absolutely not, I almost threw up, we left we did not get nothing there and will not go back. I am surprised the Health department has not shut this place down.

    Traveled to Roanoke without my meds and their staff went out of their way to contact my physician and get it filled same day.

    I’ve been getting my meds there adleast 15 years. They go out of there way when I need something early or approved for my mother etc. I never have to wait. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
