  Scott the salesman could not be bothered to help me and would rather sit and talk on his cell phone. When he did finally hang up, I asked to do a return. He got short with me and did all he could to demean and criticize my buying practices (returned b/c I did some more research on the products I bought and did not like what I heard). He further complained that my return would short his daily sales (duh, it's retail, if you do not like it, find a new career) and tried everything to try and stop me from returning the product, short of saying he could not do the return. In short, if you like pedantic, small minded sales people that like to whine about returns, this is the store for you, but if you truly want to be helped, visit the GNC at Valley View Mall (which is a corporate store and not a franchise like this one), as they are all helpful and polite.
