Pilates has changed my life. I wasn't able to keep up with running due to my shin splints so I was looking for something to fill the gap. Now I am on an unlimited membership since I love it so much!! I have noticed now that I am back to both running and biking, it's a lot easier for me to do both of those activities. It's super easy to book classes (plan ahead since some instructors fill up fast) and the community at the studio have been very supportive and helpful. I feel more confident and stronger than I have in a long time. Thanks Club Pilates!

Club Pilates has been such an amazing experience for me! I love each and every instructor and team member and have learned so many new things from them! Each instructor is very very in depth with their cues and make each session so intentional and challenging!

If negative stars were an option I’d give -5 stars. I have been trying for months to CANCEL my membership. At first when I tried to cancel, it was suggested to put my account on hold. I agreed to the hold and signed a contract to pay $15 a month. The second month into the freeze I requested to CANCEL once again via voicemail. Jojo called back; stating I’d have to unfreeze my account to cancel, which would require me to pay a full membership fee. (That is not stated in the contract I signed). The next month I was charged for a membership without consent I never asked to be taken off of freeze. I had to request a refund which took 10 days. Jojo informed me during this time that the freeze can only be extended for 4 months. (Not stated in the contract). She suggested I go with the cheapest membership plan club Pilates offers: the 4 class pack. I agreed to downgrade because it was the best option for me. I HAD to renew my membership because I ran out of freezes according to JoJo. It’s been 4 months of me trying to CANCEL my membership and I was charged TWICE for the 4 class. I tried to rectify this mistake and Caelyn/Calin, I don’t know how her name is spelled I apologize, called JoJo to explain I had two separate accounts in the system. Jojo refused to speak me after Caelyn asked would you like to speak to her. At this point they agreed to refund me one of the membership charges. I’ve had it with this run around. I want to cancel. I asked Caelyn to call Jojo back and she said “You’re not my only responsibility here.” Talk about rude customer service this was unacceptable. I was not foul mouthed or anything just blunt with how fed up I am trying to CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP. I told her she had 10 minutes until the class started to fix this. I was told that JoJo will reach out to me, but as of right now I will not be charged by club Pilates again. Funny, because Jojo is never there when I go except once and she refuses to take my calls. when asked. I looked at the instructor and associate and said this is pointless I am not taking another class here it’s not your fault. I said I’m actively here so I better not receive a cancellation fee when I’m standing here in person. I can sit on the reformer if need be but I’m not going to participate another class.

Wanted to pop into a pilates studio to see what the fuss was about. I'm not sure if this is Club Pilates' business plan, or just this location in Roanoke, but be prepared to be cornered and pushed into purchasing a membership the second you walk out of the intro class. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The classes are OK but they fill up quickly and it’s hard to use up all your credits when you are unsure whether you get off the waitlist and there’s a 12 hour cancellation policy. All in all the teachers are great but the studio policies are not for me. They also made it very difficult for me to cancel. I spoke to four different people about my intent to cancel after my initial commitment, and nobody gave me the right information on how to do so. I was previously a member of Orangetheory, pure barre, other fitness studios and they have all been a lot more accommodating when it comes to schedules (especially when classes are always waitlisted) and cancelling. On top of that when I did finally submit my cancellation request, the manager was very combative and dismissive of me. I don’t recommend the studio at all if you have even the slightest of busy schedules.
