It ended up a simple issue to resolve but as time has passed, we've become friends so I know I always have someone I can trust and know he'll figure out the problem. I explained my problem and he walked me through a couple of things to try before having to buy a new circuit board. Honest guy as he could have simply told me that it needed replacement to get the sale. I tried what he told me and my wife is happy again!
