  I've come to this clinic 3 times and every time they have been friendly, fast and efficient. The clinic is clean and I can always be seen that day. A great experience every time

  I came in a few days after spraining my ankle and was clearly limping. I was seen briefly but was not given any meaningful evaluation, treatment, or even a second opinion about my injury. Weeks later, I received a bill despite not receiving any actual care. This was very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend seeking care here.

  Very nice experience here. The wait was fairly short. The nurses I seen were super friendly and personable. The Dr that seen me seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and seemed like she genuinely cared about her job and her patients. I never felt like I was being rushed out the door, or the Dr's were too busy to take their time. But everything was very nice there.

  Saw Jessica Atkins on Tuesday for an ear infection. She was only in the room for about 1-2 minutes, no more than that. I told her my symptoms and could not even finish a sentence and felt very rushed. She did look at both ears but did not palpate around my ear where I said it hurt. She immediately said I did not have an ear infection (even though I told her I could not hear out of ear and had severe pain that radiated to my jaw) and that she would not be sending in any antibiotics. She did send in steroid ear drops which did not help. She told me how to take ibuprofen and tylenol, but once again it seems she was rushing and I couldn’t understand nor remember what she was saying. Luckily I work in family medicine so I know how to dose/rotate it. I new something wasn’t right because the pain became worse, and started developing a fever. I deceived to see my PCP the next day. I had a thorough examination and I was told that I have severe otitis externa (outer ear infection) and due to the location of my pain I need to be evaluated for Mastoiditis which is a serious condition. I am now on aggressive antibiotic therapy, under the care of ENT to rule out mastioidits, and will possibly have to be sent to the hospital for IV antibiotics. 0/10 recommend Jessica. Does not have great bedside manner and pretty dismissive which is what led to the ear infection becoming severe. If I felt heard by her I wouldn’t be making this post.

  Check in went very smooth and everyone there is very friendly and nice to deal with. We did not wait long and Jessica was so very nice!! Everytime we have been there we have had the best care and everyone is just so helpful and friendly. It really does help especially when you are not feeling well! We drive from Bedford just to go here. I would highly recommend them!
