This store and its products are amazing. My mother and I had an appointment with Anita and she walked us through all the scans and explained everything about the products we eventually ended up purchasing. She was extremely patient and kind, it was an absolute pleasure.

I was misled into paying $1,600 for off-the-shelf insoles
I went to Good Feet specifically for bone spur pain and wide feet. What I got was an hour-long high-pressure sales presentation, a mat that measures foot pressure (which they use to create the illusion of customization), and then orthotics they literally walked to the back and grabbed off a shelf. These are NOT custom orthotics. Nothing is molded to your foot. Nothing is made for you specifically.
I paid $1,600 yesterday and immediately noticed the insoles don’t fit my wide feet at all – they sit off to the side, which is actually making my bone spur pain WORSE, not better. The whole reason I came in.
The “no refund” policy isn’t disclosed upfront – it’s revealed only after you’ve already committed, which is a classic high-pressure sales tactic. I was never given a chance to compare products, research alternatives, or make an informed decision.
What I’d suggest before buying: Ask point-blank, “Are these cast, molded, or manufactured specifically for my measurements?” The answer is no. You can get similar insoles at a fraction of the price.
I’m disputing this charge and reporting to the BBB and Virginia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection office. And will definitely bring these back! I now have a foot and knee that’s hurting even more!

My husband and i both had foot problems for about a year, to the point we could barely walk after the day was done. My husband is a career firefighter so he is on his feet a lot walking on concrete and such. His heel pain was so severe that he didn’t even want to go outside and play football with our son anymore! I was diagnosed with perinatal tendinitis because of walking on the outside of my foot so much! I was in extreme nerve pain all the time! A friend from Church told us about the Good Feet store and how much it had helped him and his wife with their feet and back problems! My husband and I made an appointment at the short pump Good Feet store with Tamara. From the first moment we walked in Tamara was incredibly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and walked us through the product, taking imprint of our feet and also showing us the inserts. We both ended up walking out with the system they offer. My husband instantly felt relief from his heel pain and after about 1.5 months of using the inserts, my Tendinitis/nerve pain has 100% gone away. I also do not have lower back issues like i used to! I had been visiting a chiropractor at at least twice a month! I never understood how our feet and the way we walk affects so much of our body and can cause back and knee issues!. You can buy “Good shoes, “but they are only a Band-Aid and don’t fix the actual issue! We cannot recommend the Good Feet store enough and how it has changed our lives! Take the time to make an appointment at the short pump location with Tamara! You won’t regret it! Yes, a system is $1500, which felt huge in the moment, but it is an investment in your future. We both got our lives back and we couldn’t be more grateful!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are The Good Feet Store's arch supports different from regular inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief, unlike typical online or drugstore insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot discomfort comes from the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Arch supports stabilize your feet, helping alleviate pain from common foot problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, customers aged 6 and above can take their personally fitted arch supports home immediately after purchase as the store maintains a full inventory.
