I used to wait in line at CVS for 20 minutes every time I went. There is rarely a line at the Kroger pharmacy, and if there is it moves quickly. There have been a few times I've had side effects from medications and the pharmacists have been such a great resource. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

My wife could pick up MY meds but they wouldn't accept my S.S. card, photo ID from work, birth certificate, passport AND proof of residency. ( Had no drivers license. DMV appointment 3 months out due to covid ).

The customer service is always outstanding, and every single person working there is friendly, helpful, and - most importantly - competent. The store's grocery staff could learn a lot from these guys.
