I’ve been leaving messages with different departments for weeks about a repair that my insurance needed more information about. They have not returned any of my messages or calls. All I need them to do is to fill out a piece of paperwork. But my insurance is likely going to deny the repair because National Seating and Mobility isn’t doing their part with paperwork.

- CLC LaneJun 27, 20251.0I had an apt at 9 am to get new tires and castor wheels, something that doesn’t take us very long to do ourselves usually. We ended up waiting there 2 hours and 15 min with no updates until they were almost finished, the guy said the rims were hard to get off which I can understand but no update that whole time is crazy. The reason for the one star is because of the overall experience we have had total. I never got the correct back for my chair and they said they would bring it, my husband never got the right rims or breaks he ordered even after calling multiple times. We have even had a tech come to the house to fix something and he forgot his tools so he had to take the chair back to the office which meant we couldn’t go anywhere until he got back which was late on the evening. We just have never had a good experience and if I could give zero stars I would. It says they have won branch of the year , I would hate to see how bad the other ones are.

JJ has always had a smile on his face and made every visit enjoyable and exciting for my daughter. Needing equipment and navigating this world isn’t always easy, but with NSM, they sure make it easier! Very highly recommend!!!
