- DRDrury Springs Ranch6 days ago5.0I live in El Paso TX visiting family here in the Richmond area. Of course my Miracle Ear is also in El Paso. While hear the dome in my right ear detached whilst I was removing the unit. Thankfully I found this Miracle Ear, made an appointment, shortly went in. Buddy and Shana were on the case and very quickly Buddy got the dome out of my ear, put a new one on and even replaced the dome on the other unit. I was so relieved and can't sing their praises enough. By the way Miracle Ear's hearing aids are the best I have ever had...along with the service. Great place you have there. Jay Gannett
