First, when I would bring my elderly parents and lately for myself. The providers are very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, but the true steady gem of the office for these past 7 years has been Shauna Colby at the front desk. I can’t begin to tell you the number of times this young lady has been able to assist me. She has a thorough understanding of the company, the product and especially the technical side to help me navigate on my phone. If she ever decided to leave (God forbid!) she truly would be impossible to replace! In this day and age when staff/company loyalty has seemed to disappear, Shauna has been a refreshing throwback.
