    My son got his medicine refill there yesterday 03/04/2025. He is not from there and moved there from a very trusting place. He picked his medicine up like always when he lived here not looking in bag. He learned a huge lesson the medicine he needs badly was not in the bag. They would not help him and said there was nothing they could do. Someone there stole his medication and it being a controlled substance they would not even attempt to help him. We will be going to police to report this. This is wrong. He has been on the medication for many years and is something he cannot just stop. It could be life threating. So I would never to to Kroger for medicine. If you do be sure stand there right in front of them and count your medicine to be sure you get it do not ever trust them.

    We were able to get shots and medications here. Using the Kroger app to refill my medications is a nice convenience.

    I do not know what has happened to this pharmacy but their capabilities to fill a prescription on a timely basis has become terrible.
