  I have been going to the East Ridge Rd Pharmacy for 11yrs, they are awesome especially the Pharmacist named Maura! She's really an asset to that team, she goes way beyond the call of duty🙏 September 13th 2023 I would also like to accommodate Gwen who also works in the pharmacy, she has always been very helpful to me, and she's very professional 🙏👍😇

  The pharmacy staff for the most part are okay. I have had unpleasant encounters with some. There has been a time when one of the male pharmacist's actually hung up in my face. I wish I could find a better pharmacy and transfer my meds. They are slow, terrible delays on prescriptions. The guy pharmacist simply said there are 100's of medication requests so get over it. UGH! Very rude.

  Never have a problem- helpful and friendly. Very convenient and prompt. Went to a close by pharmacy because of an insurance change and immediately regretted it. Returned to Kroger that night!

  Angie, the Pharmacist, was very helpful, as was her staff. The pharmacy technicians were quick to address my concerns and discuss them with the pharmacist. I had an allergic reaction to a medication, and the staff was superb in helping me with this issue. I will definitely be switching all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy.
