I've used Kroger's app and signed up for automatic refills. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but the pharmacists are always quick to provide me with several options for getting the mess we need. On more than one occasion, a pharmacy employee has come out into the pharmacy aisles to help me select the best product for our needs and budget. They give timely and helpful information about insurance and usage instructions. When I asked, they were able to print out a complete report of our purchases for my records. We would still be using this Kroger pharmacy if we weren't moving away. The only thing that would make this pharmacy even better for me would be a drive-through! Also, recyclable pill bottles, and less paper with each prescription would help cut down unnecessary waste.
