  Abysmal patient service. Was told by a nurse to "just google" one of my Lab results after calling repeatedly to talk to Dr Tassi.

  Said they were in my network. Called my insurance and they aren't. Stuck with a $350+ bill now. Thanks for the lies and the debt to someone who can barely afford to eat.

  To preface this, I have been having issues with Medicaid assigning me doctors who are not family practitioners. It has happened twice now with DMA being the most recent one. That being said, I called, thinking they were a family practitioner, and asked a question about vaccines. The staff was less than friendly. When I asked if they were a family practice, because I was confused (not having realized they weren't a family practice), the receptionist said "NO." and hung up on me while I was trying to talk to her. Even if they were a family practice, I would not be interested in being seen by them just from the rude behavior. I just wanted clarification. Of course, after the call, I googled the practice to find out the truth. Still, it did not justify how I was treated.
