    The staff here are rude, unprofessional liars. Customer service is terrible. I paid for credits in November that weren't showing up in my account. When I called on December 11th, the general manager Crystal had to manually add them and extend the expiration date. Then later she tried to tell me the credits were always there since November. That's a lie. If they were there, why did I need to call? Why did she have to manually add them? When I called her out on contradicting herself in two different emails, she got defensive and refused to respond. I couldn't even use what I paid for because of their mistakes, and instead of fixing it they just lied and acted unprofessional. The way they treat customers here is awful. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB because they're stealing people's money. Don't waste your time or money here.

    I use the passport membership as I travel for work. This was my first time taking a class at this location and Morgan and Shelby made me feel so welcomed! I truly appreciated their kindness. Morgan’s class was great also :) I would be happy to return to this studio if I find myself back in this area.

    This studio runs a dehumidifier next to exercising clients during class, which is a BIG no-no and VERY unhealthy. In addition, the studio has failed to turn on the oscillating fans in most of the classes I’ve attended. Other franchises run their oscillating fans on high during class to keep air flow and reduce the spread of viruses. One instructor openly calls out individuals, scolding them, instead of addressing form or understanding that modifications can be made. The classes could certainly be more difficult. I hope that the GM will address these issues!

    Today Rasnaim led a great class- - perfect mix of strength and stretch and mindfulness! Studio very clean and all instructors great and friendly

    I started club Pilates in June of this year with an unlimited membership. I’ve been attending about 4 times a week, and for the first time in my adult life I feel good. I had never been able to reach my goals with any other workout, and I’ve tried a few! I lost 2 pant sizes and 20 lbs so far. My body feels strong and healthy, and I still look forward to my classes. I take classes with Angela, Morgan, and Amadea the most, and I love them!
