I'm sorry he was short-staff due to an illness( his words) or other work related issues. I tried for a month. I drove 50 minutes each way to pickup the copies at least twice. My wife went up there once. You see I needed the eye exams to get credit on my wellness program. I was promised on the phone and in person that it would be emailed. It was never sent. The deadline has passed. Since I lost those dollars I use for my expensive prescriptions I decided to write this review. My wife and I will never return. It is sad that we wasted our gas, my time, my wife's time, and after all that I still had to beg numerous times for my records. When Dr. Robert Bastaich doesn't care about his patients it is time to move on.
