  Had an appointment set to start at 2pm. I was there 30 mins early and already had everything filled out. Got called by 4:13pm. I know I should expect to wait at a doctor’s office, but this is just too much. I was here for NP Sheeba Kuriakose

  Please don’t look for a doctor here!! Or PCP they take too long to see u, take too long to answer the phone and can definitely give you wrong diagnosis smh! Just a waste of time and will be lookin for a new pcp

  I have been seen at this practice for last 4 years with 2 different nurse practitioners. Had an appointment in which they gave 3 30 day refills on a prescription that I have to have to deal with nerve pain and scheduled me 5 months out for my normal follow up. 10 days from that appointment I run out and they say I have to see them to get a refill. They scheduled me five months out with a 90 day supply. Never had this problem before and stopping cold on the medication will cause me not to be able to work because I can’t even wean myself off now. For a week I tried to get in touch with no callback and explanation except “you need an appointment for refill” which has been scheduled since November. I know healthcare is a tough field but no one should have to fight to get the basic care they need.

  I went in for routine physical and bloodwork. The clinic misled me about what my insurance covers, and administered and billed me for diagnostic tests that I never asked for, leaving me out of pocket. To make things worse, when I asked the doctor a simple question about dietary changes that help with cholesterol issues, I was told "I dont know man, google it." Horrible experience. Avoid this clinic.

  Terrible doctors office. Waited so long just for the doctor to see me for less than 5 minutes and she gave me the wrong diagnosis and just prescribed a antibiotic. Never go here unless you want to waste your time and not get better.
