- MWMeg williamsNov 18, 20252.0I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for years and there always seems to be a problem. Phoung answered this time and said as of this past January, they stopped allowing some medications to be sent in electronically. For almost a year now they have been filling my prescription and now are refusing. She did not care and told me to go else where. 2 other women there are amazing but getting your needed medications at this location is Way harder than it should be.

I called over half an hour before their lunch to respect their lunch break, only to be put on hold for the entire ~35-40 min, to be told they WON'T answer my question and they would call me back after. Okay, I would understand if I had called right before lunch but... further explanation is needed if extra items and labels are going into patients bags and on medication. It could prevent them from taking their medication when it's needed or required. It shouldn't be a hassle or an inconvenience.
