  Lots of nooks to do your workout without bumming into other clients. Clean locker room & sauna (Woman side), popular machines available even during peak times.

  Great gym, great equipment, and great staff! Always professional, great customer service! Shoutout to the Manager Patrick, and all the staff, Samier, Connor, Anthony, Cat in personal training, Eddie at the front on weekends, all the trainers as well. If I forgot someone I’m sorry, everyone’s great there!

  People, specifically Management, truly set the tone in a business. Patrick & Conor do just that—quite well! This gym was my top pick, as I’ve been working in the area for a couple of months. Not only is it conveniently located for me, but also very much the atmosphere I seek for in a gym; the hospitality was superb. Staff I communicated with early on followed up often to see how my experience was going, not only in the gym itself, but also my experience with the local area. Cost-wise, my desires were met through initial discussion with the General Manager, Patrick, given my situation. I found the equipment & availability to also meet my intent & needs, this said as someone that frequents the gym 5-6 days a week, on average. Should I find myself working in the area again, I’ll surely be back! A huge thanks to all of the Management & Staff at Onelife Fitness - Reston for making my trip feel more like home!

  Took the time to download a day pass to try the club because I’m in DC once a month and want a gym to go to - they said a day pass wasn’t free, despite being called a free pass online - tried to charge me $20 to buy a free pass. The guy at the desk said it was in the fine print, but I didn’t see anything.
