- RCRaphael Cavalier3 days ago1.0This is the worst pharacy I have ever dealt with. They charged my expired insurance for a refill even after I had given them weeks in advance my new insurance card info and had asked them to be sure they had deleted the old insutrance and were using the new insurance and they said they were. My old insurance company then came after me to pay for the prescription. When I called Harris Teeter and asked them to reverse the charges and charge my new insurance they claimed they could not. When I tried to speak to a pharmacy manager I got a surly man who claimed he's the manager and he basically said it's my fault and implied I was lying that I gave them my new insurance, which is completely untrue. When I tried to correct him, he shouted at me and refused to do anything and then hung up on me.

- HHHay HayJan 17, 20262.0Unhelpful and unprofessional, needing a prescription filled the Harris Teeter Pharmacy they said that they would call back when it was ready heard nothing for 4 hours at 3:45 PM we call they said the just got the fax and they would need an hour we arrived at 4:45 and they said they had just gotten the fax and would need another 20 minutes. God it finally at 5:05. Come on y’all do better.
