  Store was clean. Every employee I encountered was pleasant. Big shout out to our cashier Clark. He is such a nice young man - having a friendly cashier now a days is rare and Clark wasn’t only nice he didn’t feel the need to be rough with our groceries as he bagged them. We are a guest in the area and pleased to have found this Giant.

  The Giant Pharmacy staff at 1450 North Point Village Center in Reston, VA are truly exceptional! Every month, they help me manage and refill as many as 14 prescriptions for myself and for my husband. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are professional, patient, communicate clearly, and consistently provide me with outstanding customer service! What truly sets this pharmacy team apart is their empathy and personalized care. Whether by phone or in person, they are responsive, understanding, patient with my questions, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled smoothly. This pharmacy team turns what could be a stressful monthly process into a positive, supportive experience. I am deeply grateful for their care, consistency, and kindness!

  They are decent in terms of service and being on top of vaccines. My only issue is that even though Virginia state recommends Covid vaccine for any age above 3 without prescriptions, they require prescription for age below 18, contradicting Virginia health department . I’d change it to 5 star once they change their outdated policy
