I do like this gym, I like how most of the classes are included. However, I do think the monthly price reflects the classes more so than equipment and machines available. If you don’t take the classes the $200 a month is honestly a waste. Also for $200 a month coed steam room and sauna room is kind of crazy. Also men (not sure about women because only seen me do this as women at least come in with swim suits) use the steam and sauna room with only a towel, so they’re practically naked which makes me very uncomfortable. I barely get to use those amenities, I think they should make some rules about that honestly as a woman why would I want to sit in a room with a man in a towel??? If I didn’t live so close I don’t think I would get this membership….just oddly expensive when other vida memberships are cheaper???

Staff are pleasant and professional enough but I really wish a few things were different.
First, why is there only one bathroom location in this entire place? Once you’re through the entry gates and in the gym the only bathroom is in the locker rooms - none on the top floor where a lot of working out happens. The bathrooms themselves are the cheapest worst bathroom configurations, stalls with zero privacy, flimsy doors, flimsy toilets, worst toilet paper in your life, no shelves, no amenities, cheapest hooks, and like 4 stalls for the entire gym complex????????????? Bizarre choices there.
Second - whoever designed these steps had children sized feet. Im a woman with average feet size, I cannot fit my whole foot on the steps. Have you ever had to walk down several flights of stairs after leg days and you need to tip toe down the steps? Inconvenient and slightly unsafe.
Third - have I mentioned the cheapest less than 1 ply toilet paper? Ugh. Well also the provided hair ties are the cheapest quality, the lotion is cheap, the soap is cheap.
Fourth - why in the world did they design an entirely new locker room without keypad lockers? You need to bring a lock with you? How archaic is that. Equinox, soulcycle, solidcore, everywhere has lockers with lock pads nowadays. At least they added combo locks to their vida store in the lobby but for the first few months you were SOL.

This is by far the best gym in the area. It is very clean and modern. The space is large with multiple pieces of equipment for each body part. All employees are pleasant and helpful. It is a great value for what you get. I definitely recommend that you check this place out.

the gym itself is amazing. It’s expensive but 100000% worth the price. Almost TOO good. Jasmine helped me sign up, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to get me settled in. She has been the sweetest person!! Thank you VIDA & jasmine!!!❤️

The gym itself is solid ,
great equipment, clean space, good atmosphere.
But the front desk staff? Completely unacceptable.
Every time I walk in, the reception behaves with an attitude like they own the place and the members are inconveniences. The energy is so off-putting that it feels like they’re deciding who deserves basic respect and who doesn’t.
And the worst part?
Their behavior changes depending on who’s standing in front of them. Some people get smiles and warm greetings, while others get eye-rolls, cold tone, and a look that says “why are you even here?”
If management thinks this is an acceptable first impression, then they’re not paying attention.
A gym this expensive shouldn’t have a front desk that acts like they’re above the members who actually pay to keep the lights on.
Until Vida fixes the entitlement and unprofessionalism at the reception, this place will keep losing respect , no matter how nice the equipment is.
