    I have tried just about every workout and have learned some things about myself. I need one-on-one coaching to help me with accountability. I also very much like that I am the only person there. These workouts are so laser-focused and quick, there is no way I could find an excuse NOT to show up!! This combination has helped me stay on track and achieve long-term goals.

    A fantastic experience! Going on four years with Reston center. Personal trainers use expertise in strength building exercises and knowledge of physiology to tailor my workout to achieve my goals effectively and safely. They are supportive coaches committed to helping me achieve my best. Always responsive to my questions and able to work around physical challenges like bad knees.     They just want your money I would not recommend this place. If you are looking for a serious workout at reasonable prices this is not for you don't waste your time.

    Very Effective! I’m toned, feel stronger, lost weight, cholesterol down, and clothes fit better! Trainers are excellent! This solves the problem with most exercise programs - people just don’t do it. But with The Perfect Workout, I have a fixed appointment, I don’t have to think about anything (what weight to use, seat settings, number of reps). I just need to show up for my appointment and it only takes 20 minutes! It’s fun and the trainers make it a pleasant experience. My husband, who has worked out for years, lives it too - it’s challenging enough for him. Perfect!
