Very Effective! I’m toned, feel stronger, lost weight, cholesterol down, and clothes fit better! Trainers are excellent! This solves the problem with most exercise programs - people just don’t do it. But with The Perfect Workout, I have a fixed appointment, I don’t have to think about anything (what weight to use, seat settings, number of reps). I just need to show up for my appointment and it only takes 20 minutes! It’s fun and the trainers make it a pleasant experience. My husband, who has worked out for years, lives it too - it’s challenging enough for him. Perfect!
