I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for years and there always seems to be a problem. Phoung answered this time and said as of this past January, they stopped allowing some medications to be sent in electronically. For almost a year now they have been filling my prescription and now are refusing. She did not care and told me to go else where. 2 other women there are amazing but getting your needed medications at this location is Way harder than it should be.

Not very friendly. I will be switching to a different pharmacy. A couple of snappy responses from the pharmacist the times I was there. I called over half an hour before their lunch to respect their lunch break, only to be put on hold for the entire ~35-40 min, to be told they WON'T answer my question and they would call me back after. Okay, I would understand if I had called right before lunch but... further explanation is needed if extra items and labels are going into patients bags and on medication. It could prevent them from taking their medication when it's needed or required. It shouldn't be a hassle or an inconvenience.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. They never answer. They also don’t order medication until the last minute causing week long gaps before you can pick up anything. Avoid if possible

They never answer the phone and can never tell you when your medication will be available. I haven’t even picked up my first prescription and I will be moving pharmacies.

Went in one day and they told me they were out of one of my prescriptions, and waiting on confirmation from my doctors for another. The next day, they told me they had no prescriptions on file for me at all. Expect for someone to ask for a dollar on your way in and out.
