I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for years and there always seems to be a problem. Phoung answered this time and said as of this past January, they stopped allowing some medications to be sent in electronically. For almost a year now they have been filling my prescription and now are refusing. She did not care and told me to go else where. 2 other women there are amazing but getting your needed medications at this location is Way harder than it should be.

Not very friendly. I will be switching to a different pharmacy. A couple of snappy responses from the pharmacist the times I was there. I called over half an hour before their lunch to respect their lunch break, only to be put on hold for the entire ~35-40 min, to be told they WON'T answer my question and they would call me back after. Okay, I would understand if I had called right before lunch but... further explanation is needed if extra items and labels are going into patients bags and on medication. It could prevent them from taking their medication when it's needed or required. It shouldn't be a hassle or an inconvenience.

Consistently bad customer service, I have trouble EVERY single time I go to get my prescriptions refilled. I have been at this pharmacy for over a year and after this week's problems I am switching to a new pharmacy. Never had as much trouble filling prescriptions as I have here. Poor customer service, they never answer the phone or they put you on hold for 50+ min. What is going on here???

Impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. They never answer. They also don’t order medication until the last minute causing week long gaps before you can pick up anything. Avoid if possible

My prescription is never ready. They never come to help until you call out and still wait. They didn’t have an update my doctor sent. When I had my doc resend they said they didn’t have the medication. I asked if they could check if they have the updated prescription days later and they said they wouldn’t check. I had to accept what they gave me? Leaving me to either accept a months worth of the wrong mg. And be out early or take the insufficient dose? Obvious answer sadly is switch to a different pharmacy that I can’t walk to but will make an effort to follow basic care and well bring instructions. I can’t be the only one. Please report anytime this happens consistently to the medical authorities and the company. They don’t have to keep their license or job. If they are hindering our health.
