The nurses are so helpful to the extent that they hang your coat and make sure you are comfortable on the examination table. There's always someone at the front desk to answer your questions during normal business hours. My doctor is very proficient and knows what he's doing. He explains procedures in a layman language so you can understand. He doesn't rush you through the examination. He takes his time and asks you questions to ascertain to the fact that you have fully understood the procedure. I'll recommend anyone I know to go to this clinic

The practice is very welcoming, with professional customer service and knowledgeable doctors and staff. The Office Coordinator Terrance Chatman does everything and beyond to accommodate the appointment at the convenient time. My daughter was in a pain after sport injury, and I was able to receive doctor's appointment on a same day and after her School hours. Our doctor is Dr. Michael Petranek. He understands his patient needs, he takes time to listen and to diagnose and he will make you smile with his genuine jokes and good sense of humor. I would recommend Dr. Petranek because of his great experience and amazing personality. And I would recommend this practice because of their philosophy of customer service and satisfaction.
