  Dental group is very personable and engaged. I have been there multiple times this year, 2 cleanings, a night guard, and a filling. For the cleaning, the hygienist was friendly and slightly overly chatty - probably to calm or distract people who are anxious about the dentist. She was efficient, though, and offered me sunglasses too protect against their bright light. X-rays are efficiently taken where you sit for the hygiene. For the filling, the assistant was friendly and very efficient. I needed to be done quickly and they were able to get me in and out in under 30 minutes including paying and scheduling my next cleaning. It felt relaxed, not rushed, and no pain for the filling. For the night guard, they use a 3D imaging and printing system to create the guard. The tech is very good and the guard fit well. However, there is 2-3x more material in the guard than in past guards I have had from other dentists. As a result, it's a bit bulky (but still reasonable comfortable - no matter how small, it's still a foreign object in your mouth), and I lisp more when wearing it at night. Not a major issue though. I will continue with this dental practice and recommend it to others. I went to this practice after my dentist of 20 years retired.

  I recently visited Reston Dental Care for a lesion treatment, and unfortunately the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited nearly an hour before being seen. What concerned me most was noticing instruments that appeared dirty. When I raised this issue with the staff, my concerns were brushed aside rather than taken seriously. Additionally, my privacy was not respected. Staff openly discussed the reason for my visit within earshot of others, which felt like a clear disregard for HIPAA guidelines. Another patient even remarked, “I’ve heard enough,” and left immediately, which only reinforced how uncomfortable the situation felt. Throughout the visit, I felt unwelcome and treated with disdain rather than care and professionalism. This experience left me with significant concerns about their cleanliness, respect for patients, and overall quality of service.

  You don’t have to be afraid of going to the dentist anymore! This office is so warm and caring. I have a phobia and they treated me with respect and care. They did an amazing job with my teeth, and the pricing was very reasonable. Dr. Karbasi and his staff are some of the nicest, best people I’ve ever worked with. Seriously, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them.
