  I love this pharmacy! Prescriptions are always ready when they say they’ll be, or earlier. The staff is always respectful and helpful. I have a CVS much closer (I can walk to it), but I like the service and staff so much more at this Harris Teeter pharmacy. It’s worth getting in my car and driving there. I rarely wait to pick up a prescription. I love this pharmacy so much that I buy all my groceries there because I want to make sure the store stays in business - especially true, now that Whole Foods has opened a few blocks away.

  I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this pharmacy, which I did because it was conveniently located. Picking up the prescription was easy and pleasant, but when I got home I noticed that the bottle had leaked through the bag and a good bit of the medication was gone. When we called to let them know, they told us they'd have to check with the person who filled the bottle to confirm whether they noticed anything wrong that would cause it to leak and IF that person did, we could get a refill. I wouldn't imagine that they would intentionally give us a defective bottle, so I can only assume they were implying that we were making up the story to get another bottle. There was more poor customer service after that part of the conversation, but the offense mentioned prior was enough for us to not return to this location.

  I’ve never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Most recently I picked up two scripts and asked to use GoodRx. The woman ringing me up heaved a big sigh and in front of me complained to a man who had to clear out the register. She rang up one of them for higher than it should have been (it was on a scale depending on the number of days the script was for. Mine was the shortest, but she charged me for the longest) and then asked if I “was happy now”. It literally took my scripts from $102 to $50. Big difference. I didn’t even ask for the adjustment because it wasn’t worth dealing with her attitude. I’m surprised management hasn’t addressed this yet as I can see in reviews I’m not the only one to have this experience.
