  They are decent in terms of service and being on top of vaccines. My only issue is that even though Virginia state recommends Covid vaccine for any age above 3 without prescriptions, they require prescription for age below 18, contradicting Virginia health department . I’d change it to 5 star once they change their outdated policy

  Giant Pharmacy went above and beyond to locate and secure a vaccine dose for my kid, and shipped it to the local pharmacy very quickly. A tight coordination between their central office and the local pharmacies meant my kiddo was vaccinated in time. In contrast, several other pharmacies, including well known national chains were either out of stock or provided little to no help. Giant Pharmacy's responsiveness and dedication truly set them apart.

  Never have your order ready when they say they will. You always have to spend half an hour or more waiting even when you called it in hours and hours ago and they said it’s ready.

  Terrible service. Totally understand helpful. Caused the problem with the prescription and then would not even call the doctor. Could not be bothered.
