I especially want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Jasmine. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my visit. It’s refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about members and create such a positive environment. It’s always clean, peaceful and everyone’s super friendly. Khadijah is an awesome manager! All the employees are great at this location. Super glad I get to come to this gym. A+++

I complained a month ago and they still are not fixed. Then they’ve had this sketchy AC thing going on. Now I show up to find out they closed the whole section I use to do half of my workouts! They never event sent out an email or an apology. Looks like I will be looking for a new gym because I’m not sure what I am even paying a membership for at this point. Update: Contacted the social team and they were no help. I canceled my membership and went to CRUNCH instead.
