- JDJasaya Donavouche’Jun 5, 20241.0This pharmacy needs a revamp. I have been trying to get a hold of the general manager. The drive thru is always closed. The pharmacist is always rude and agitated when asked questions about medication and reactions. The pharmacy techs are the most helpful. However recently they have been short staffed and that’s the reason for prescriptions delays. A lot of medications are always on backorder. I just decided to switch my prescription to another pharmacy altogether. Krogers in harbor view Suffolk is nice and I’ll be willing to drive the 20+min to get quality service.

She then asked numerous questions about my shot record which made me feel even more uncomfortable since no one there is part of my physician care team. It’s essentially not their business who has had what. It was a poor experience all around. I hope I never have to deal with that employee again.
