But my first visit to Dr Ashley Chung’s office this afternoon was a wonderful experience. It is clear that the staff genuinely cares about each other, and they value their clients. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Dr Ashley accommodated me on short notice to repair a broken tooth. I was prepared for an afternoon of intense pain. But there was no pain. Only healing and kindness. Dr Ashley took the time to explain what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to make my teeth feel and look like new again. I am grateful to call Dr Ashley my new dentist, and recommend her and her team with the highest regards.

Everyone in the office is so kind and warm :) feels good to trust your dentist!

Not only his skill is great but also the staffs are very friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Now Dr. Ashley joins the team and today she examined my teeth for the first time and she is so gentle and I can tell she is well trained.
- ACAaron CJul 24, 20255.0I went in for a filling that was falling out. Dr Michael and Dr Ashley quickly determined a course of action, gave me a temporary crown and rushed my permanent crown. When I went back for my crown installation and cleaning the following week, they determined I needed a wisdom tooth pulled as it had a rather large filling. Knowing I was traveling the next day, they found the time to squeeze in my emergency extraction and had me all taken care of that day. I recognize their schedule may not always allow for this type of promptness, but the care I received and their willingness to make sure I didn’t have to come back a third time is hard to put value on. Dr Ashley followed up that night to make sure I was doing ok and once again the next morning. Softouch Dental care is by far the best around. I can’t thank their team enough for taking care of me.
