  I've had no problems with the pharmacy here--everyone is great and super helpful. In my experience, wait times generally aren't bad.

  This place is a mess, after spending 10 minutes spelling my name over and over and over again, slowly.. phonetics.. everything. They put me on hold to "help a different customer" without saying anything just to have some other random person pick up and ask what I needed. Restarting the whole process again. Then the guy came back and said "oh, the perscriptions at Giant".. we said yes.. we are on the phone with Giant correct? and he said yes. ????? The whole conversation was almost comical. Ultimately we discovered they had "lost" the prescription and I need to contact my physician for another. Don't trust this place with your time, let alone your prescription.

  Ying the pharmacy technician is really great. She always goes above and beyond. That is how customer service should be

  I've been using this pharmacy for the last 5 years and they are always on time, very efficient and courteous. The new management seems to be doing much better than before, I stop using cvs which is in the same shopping center due to their rudeness.
