Absolutely a 5 Star + experience. Purchased new prescription lenses for Meta Ray-Ban. My contact, Jill (who is an optician at the Chesterfield Mall, Richmond, VA) was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever dealt with when making ANY purchase. It was a very busy day at LensCrafters and she took considerable time to assist with fitting and general lens setup. She was extremely knowledgeable of Meta glasses and patiently explained every question I had. I am so fortunate I picked this location and was assisted by Jill. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

I’ve been going to this LensCrafters location for about three years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The customer service is always great, and I’m always greeted when I walk in. During my most recent visit, an assistant manager helped me upgrade my glasses and made the process quick and easy. There were no delays or problems at all. I’m always happy with the service here and will continue coming back.

My experience was amazing! From the time I walked in Amber was amazing! I specifically had the shorter Amber as my sales person and she was wonderful! I am so happy to have had her as my person! She answered every question I had, helped me try on lenses and picked what fit me best! Would recommend to all my friends!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
