I’ve been a customer for years and this pharmacy has gone down hill and is getting worse with how unprofessional and uneducated the staff is. The past year they keep having problems I get the same response that their “under staffed” and I get it but theirs no way for the past year they have forgotten and have had issues with my perceptions due to staff numbers. I’m finished and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until staff is trained better and are more professional.

Sadly, this pharmacy is slow and don't check their answering machines for physician prescriptions. Plenty of better pharmacies to pick from in Richmond for prescriptions.
