  Skyla got me signed up and I’ve been doing Fit360 with Chyna. Best decision I ever made honestly. I’m making friends, gaining muscle, and feeling better day to day. The Norfolk location is also definitely my favorite so far.

  One of the best gyms in the area! The staff are always super nice and helpful, the facility is always clean and accommodating, and the recovery rooms are always top notch. Shawna is always spot on with her customer service, definitely all that and a bag of chips 🙌

  One life really is an amazing extraordinary gym from the classes to fit360 everything staff member, management, trainer fitness director even gym attendees are everything. Mixed with the beautiful industrial aesthetic there’s so many places in this gym where you can work out that’s feels private. Shawna is amazinggg

  This gym is awesome staff here are great! Shawna was amazing sharing information about the "Kids Club ". Norfolk location is great many machines for use and I love the message chairs. There is plenty of space here to workout. This gym is the best!!!! Join today!!!

  This is a fantastic gym. I feel inspired by the energy and enthusiasm of the people who workout here. It’s clean and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Especially Shawna S. I also got some great tips Josh one of the trainers. I highly recommend this place. 🤠
