I had a great experience! It was nothing like I thought it would be. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very friendly. Shannon is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into her office I felt at ease. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She anticipated every question I thought of asking and had all the answers to my questions. She made sure to go over every option in regards to masks, and even insurance issues. I left my appointment optimistic and comfortable with my equipment. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Also, Dynasty was very helpful in setting my appointment and following up with answers to my questions. Thank you ladies!

They charge you for equipment- when it is covered- they say you are not covered to get you to change your insurance plan- which is a CMS violation due to them not holding a insurance license! They have done this to 5 of my clients over medical equipment when it was covered they say no - and make the client pay out of pocket- double dipping from insurance and the client paying! Be Aware! They are ripping clients off and suggesting the client change carriers! This is unethical and against the center of CMS rules! I will be filing another complaint! This company is a scam!
