  Cindy’s customer service was above and beyond! I dread going in to get glasses annually but Cindy’s impeccable client engagement skills made it worth my while. Her extensive knowledge, patience, and dedication to her craft turned my usually anxious experience in to a pleasurable one. This is by far the best Pearle Vision location that I have ever been to! I will be returning the next time I’m in need of eyewear.

  We picked up our glasses today and we're extremely pleased. Cindy was able to fit and adjust our new glasses to fit our faces with amazing skill. I have never had anyone do this so quickly and well. I'm used to having to fiddle with them for days, but Cindy did it in one setting.

  I had a wonderful experience at Pearl Vision at Naval Station Norfolk. I first ordered my second pair of glasses there. Later, I had to return my primary glasses at another eye glass store nearer to my home. Cindy was a great help in finding the right pair of glasses that were stylish and she helped me with the lenses. After my insurance was sorted out, Cindy promptly put my order through and sent me my new set

  Best experience ever because of Cindy! She was so patient with my 89 year old mom. Her knowledge and professional approach was hands down the best experience ever for myself and my mom! Cindy deserves a promotion Pearl Vision! She’s needs to be in charge of all customer service. She’s excellent!
