Only if this Location had a pool, I wouldn't have to go all the way to Newport News Location to swim. Overall One Life and it's staff here are on fire!!!

- BMBrianna MooreDec 29, 20255.0I was a member at Onelife Fitness Norfolk a few years ago before I got stationed on the West Coast, and now that I’m back in the area, rejoining was an easy decision. Especially with all the upgrades. I’ve tried working out on base, but the equipment sucks, and I tried out some other gyms like crunch and planet, but they dont even speak to you there. Onelife has a ton of equipment, and plenty of space, the atmosphere is welcoming, the gym is well maintained, and it feels good to have a solid place to work out again. And for my fellow service members, the cancellation process really isn’t as difficult as people make it out to be. When I had orders to move, the staff were straightforward and helpful, and the process was handled professionally. As long as you communicate and provide what’s needed it’s easy. Highly recommend, especially if you’re military and looking for a better alternative to the base gym, or just a gym goer who wants to be apart of a fitness community!
