    I’ve had to work with this company for years. My daughter has got multiple pieces of equipment from this place. It takes them forever to get stuff ordered and forever to get it to you. And then they don’t ever call you like they say they’re gonna do to let you know if a piece of equipment is being delivered or what. I am so irritated with this company right now. I don’t know what to do because I don’t have a lot of options.

    I got a chair from them in 2024...the experience I had was awful. I can't get the repairs done when they say so. They change the date & time without notifying me before hand. The chair still has a warranty... I can't get them to honor it. I wouldn't recommend Seating & Mobility to anyone. They lie to you about time frame driver is on its way never call never leave a message never show up but say they do I've never had a bad experience like this before awful people to deal with have door cam two show

    UPDATE- After placing the review, a manager named Phyllis contacted me and was able to straighten out the error that was taken place in the office that was handling my case. It was going nowhere for 2 months but after she was able to straighten it out, went like clock work after that and had my new chair in a matter of just 2 months I think it was which is normal. I was still a bit upset but actually because of the delay, worked in my favor. So in all, everything is fine. Just waiting for the additional carrier that wasn't covered ( which I knew it wouldn't be ). Beats the heck out of my 14 year old Hoverround FWD. Thanks to Phyllis. Without her, I would still be using it with 3 wheels lol. Not location specific but these are THE WORST I've ever dealt with. They lie and never call you back. They said they didn't have my phone number but I have 2 texts to prove otherwise. They make no effort to help you. Here it is 2 months+ and still waiting. Insurance hasn't been filed. They claim last week I was in the hospital and couldn't proceed. That's 2 months after initiated and it's been 2 weeks since I got out and they still haven't filed. Can't talk to anyone that knows anything. Trying to find another company as this is worthless.

    9/19/2022 Latest and last update I spoke with there customer service group last Friday and nothing has changed. There was a note in there system saying they contact me which they didn't which goes to show they aren't as customer service orient has they lead people to believe. This is the worst customer service I had to deal with they don't call you back and I get the impression that they don't care about my issue. I'm trying to purchase a Hoyer lift for my Wife that was approved by my insurance company. I keep getting road blocks from there customer service staff when I told the issue has been resolve another problem comes up. Does the staff know what there doing?
