  January 23, 2026 @6pm I had a prescription sent here with a specific manufacturer clearly noted by my doctor, but the pharmacy dispensed a different one without notifying me. When I called, I was initially told the note wasn’t visible, even though another staff member had confirmed earlier that it was in the system. (I will be escalating this to Corporate) When my husband returned the medication, the pharmacist told him that if he continued to speak up about the issue, they would refuse to fill future prescriptions. That response felt unprofessional and intimidating. Medication accuracy and respectful communication are extremely important, especially for mental health medications. Patients should never feel threatened or dismissed for advocating for their health. This experience was concerning and disappointing, and I hope this pharmacy improves how they follow prescriber instructions and handle patient concerns.

  This pharmacy used to be good. In the last few months, it takes 2+ weeks to get a refill and it takes over an hour to pick up your meds. I went to pick up meds over 5x in 3 weeks and each time the line was so long that it was not worth the wait. I suggest going elsewhere unless they figure out there limitations and get back on track.

  About EVERYTIME I call about a prescription refill, I am always answered by a VERY RBF like attitude by two certain employees. Very rude and nasty attitude. If you're going to be like that DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE and let somebody else that is deserving and better than you at your job answer the phone!!!!!

  I visit this Pharmacy at least once a month. They offer automatic refills which is very helpful. I also participate in the Kroger Drug program which gives some medications free. The pharmacy staff are polite and professional.

  Worthless, I called to have a simple, commonly available prescription transfered since I shop there on occasion and got told it would be a week....a week before it would be available. Obviously, they are not customer oriented and seemed to act like i was bothering them, thus one star. Go elsewhere.
