  Went in 30 minutes after the pharmacy opened and had to wait about 20 minutes before being helped. was trying to pick up 4 prescriptions for a SEVERE sinus infection, was told they would be ready "in about an hour" and that they have them in stock but they can't dispense any medication at the moment because they're getting audited. what does that have to do with me?? then they say they will notify me when my prescriptions are ready to pickup, ehen i didn't hear from them for over 2 hours I started calling them every hour, I had to call back 3 times total and on the 3rd time calling back the lady rudely tells me they're done, I had recieved NO calls or texts like I was told I would. I used Rite Aid for years until they shut down and automatically switched all their prescriptions over to Harris teeter pharmacy, and I was going to give them a chance but needless to say I will be switching to another pharmacy.

  Pharmacy has went all the way down hill over the last few months. They don’t answer the phone, or have a voicemail box. So you HAVE to go in person just to tell them you need your prescription filled, after waiting in a 20+ people line you then still have wait over an hour for your prescription.

  “CARE meets CONVENIENCE” is… ambitious. If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to age in real time, wait in this pharmacy line. I arrived 5 minutes after opening and somehow became customer #237 in the “CARE meets CONVENIENCE” experience. 5 minutes after opening and still waited nearly an hour for a prescription that was “ready Monday” but somehow wasn’t. Insurance plot twist, long line, and a man next to me who smelled like an ashtray stored in a mothball-filled storage unit, truly a full sensory experience. The staff is doing their best, but the slogan needs an update. Something like: “CARE meets a long line.” “Convenience meets a mysterious insurance delay.” “CARE meets… eventually.” Not the worst pharmacy, but definitely not the slogan they printed. Probably switching after today. 🤫
