  DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! The automated system will tell me a prescription will be ready in a couple days after a certain time, and when I show up, they don’t have it and tell me there was an issue, like out of stock or insurance info not on file. NO communication! I called today and spoke with a live person who said they will process a prescription that should have been ready days ago (I called personally because I’d been screwed over so many times by them), when I get there several hours later, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. The lady just shrugged and said she will put it on the “waiting list”, and it could be another hour before being ready! I changed one prescription to the Granby St location, and they were great! They even commented that the Colonial Ave location needed to “get their act together” after I told them the trouble I’ve had. This location needs more staff- the lines are always LONG and slow, and they don’t even have your meds ready. What good are they then?? Moving all our prescriptions asap. 😡

  Used to love this one…every time I go in, the line is no less than 15 people deep. They need help in here, big time. If all you have are two employees, you’re not being fair to them. One pharmacist and three techs are needed to bring this one into a good range.

  Clean, well-stocked, and diverse food offerings. Found great prices of porter house steaks marked down to a great price and not tainted. Pricey but always able to find wide variety of organic produce.

  Cannot reach pharmacy over the phone. You can only reach them in person. I tried calling while AT the pharmacy - you hear the phone ringing over the phone but the physical phone in the pharmacy does not ring. They mute their phones and it goes to their voice mail (that is also full). I gave this feedback 4 months ago but still no changes. I get my grocery at HT but had no choice but to switch over my entire meds to a different pharmacy. Can't blame one individual, system failure.

  The WORST of the WORST. 0 accountability. 0 apologies. I have never been treated like a drug seeker as a chronically ill patient. They are CONSTANTLY messing up my prescriptions, not giving me the correct amount, the refusing to help me. I am blown away by the fact Harris teeter has continued to allow this behavior. At this point fire everyone and start over cause this SUCKS. I will be picking up my meds and transferring to the hospital. Honestly, get your crap together.
