I then tried to use my class credit for a different class that worked with my schedule, but the system was trying to make me pay for the class. I called the studio and they informed me that the class credit was only good for a month. This was not advertised as such on the website. There are so few spots per class and so many restrictions in place as to what level of class you can sign up for that using a credit within this timeframe is not reasonable for a beginner member. I told the studio as such and they said they could not help me. I am disappointed that my money was wasted, and I won’t be returning.
