I started my swimming classes yesterday with Stacey, and she was so professional and friendly at the same time. I can't express how happy I am; the swimming pool looks clean. But maybe they should encourage people to don't get into the pool straight after the workout, I saw some dudes jumping on it without taking shower and in workout shorts. 😬

This particular location is great for anyone that loves crossfit type training as much as kevin clark and lots of the coolest people in the Fit360 family ready to motivate you to the next level!
If you are a bikini /Fit model competitor or a male competitor and you need a more personalized workout plan and an "experienced" coach , I would definitely suggest jason Lee Mendiola at the city center location in newport news.
Let me start by saying the facility itself isn’t the worst. The layout is nice and the machines are good. However, it has been getting noticeably dirtier and more unkept, especially on weekends and in the outdoor areas. The men’s locker room is in particularly poor condition. The toilets are often extremely dirty, and the showers frequently have a strong unpleasant odor along with visible mold spots. Management also doesn’t seem to remain impartial when handling disputes between patrons, and at times they appear to disregard policies set by their corporate office or upper management. Lastly, the hot tub could definitely be cleaned more often, as there is frequently hair and debris floating in the water.

gym itself and front staff are nice but canceling the subscription is a nightmare. my subscription was thru my partner’s account and after we got an exercise bike at home i had him cancel my subscription. he’s continued to be double charged every month despite calling and being sent to different departments multiple times. the last correspondence they emailed him saying they don’t see the double charging so won’t be issuing a refund for his dispute despite his first attempt at canceling being months ago. got a call today from their finance department where they tried to convince me we never cancelled my subscription. finally got it cleared up and was told to have him call them back. the woman i spoke to in finance was nice after we were able to figure out that the gym took me off his membership and made me my own one without consulting me and therefore not having my card info, which is why he’s continued to get charged without it showing up on his account from their end while his card continued to be charged. to reiterate all of the staff has been nice i think this is a training and corporate issue as it’s ridiculous to make a new account under my name without consulting me and continuing to charge my partners card for my account while claiming to not see the charges.
