  Called to schedule an emergency appt. I was told my account was inactive because I rescheduled an appt two times? I only rescheduled once and when they asked what date I wanted to change it to, I told them I wasn’t sure due to my work schedule. They said to call back when I had a date. Apparently they just picked a random date, didn’t tell me at all and then marked me as a no show and deactivated my account with no way to activate it again. When I asked why they didn’t say this when I called months ago about this same tooth, the SAME RECEPTIONIST who I initially spoke with told me she “didn’t know” but they won’t ever see me again. Absolutely horrific rule and unprofessional. They also have multiple locations but apparently no corporate number? I’ve never had someone care so little about a patient after THEIR staff caused the error.

  As other reviews that aren't fake have mentioned, they will short notice cancel and try to get you to reschedule for months later. They will not provide an explanation. It's likely they overbook themselves intentionally. My experience had the doctor running between simultaneous appointments on several occasions. You don't get your doctor's full attention, they cancel on short notice, but if you're 5 minutes late they cancel your appointment and charge you 60$. This place is corporate and doesn't care about it's patients in my opinion.

  As a military family finding a new dentist every time we move is such a struggle. I thought when I booked an appointment for myself and my 7 year old back in May for the end of December that we would be seen and have nothing to worry about. I was wrong. I was called a week before our appointment and asked to reschedule for JULY. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do not wait months on end for an appointment like me and then be left high and dry trying to find another one.
