And Ramsey—the manager with the cool hair he'd occasionally flip out of his ponytail under the perfect lighting (you know the moment!)—was the person who made me feel welcomed from day one. He and the rest of the team created an environment where I wasn't just another membership number. I was known. I was respected. That sense of belonging is rare and invaluable.
