I spend most of my time at the gym doing group exercise classes and they are the best of the best. This is coming from a travel nurse who has been a member of MANY different gyms in the U.S. They are all so friendly and motivating!! Please give them all a raise š

The program is truly next level--- motivational, challenging and designed to push you beyond what you think you're capable of, both physically and mentally. Every session is intentional and demanding but in the best way possible. A huge part of what makes the 360 program so effective is Kevin Clark. He leads by example and brings unmatched energy, knowledge, and accountability to every workout. Kevin is not only a great trainer, but an exceptional director for the program. He genuinely cares about each participant's progress, keeps everyone motivated and creates an environment where you want to show up and give your best every single time. If you're looking for a program that will challenge you, keep you motivated, and deliver real results. The 360 program at onelife tech center in Newport News under Kevin Clark's leadership is the place to be.
- CAConner AndersonDec 9, 20252.0Started Onelife in August 2025, and ever since then there is always some sort of construction or renovations happening which causes a major inconvenience and decreases capacity. They are focusing on the wrong construction and not prioritizing upgrading older equipment. Gym is over capacity most of the time and you have to wait for a machine. I have to circle the parking lot about 3-5x just to find a parking spot. The Sauna was under construction for a whole month and still not fully fixed. Last month they renovated the floors and half the upstairs was closed down. Again today the upstairs turf side is under construction with most of the treadmills blocked off. The hot tub and showers are dirty half the time and have a foul smell. There is never even shampoo! The A/C barely even works that we have to open the upstairs doors to the outside to get some cool air.. Every time I come here there is always something broken or āimprovementsā. We pay too much monthly for a āpremiumā gym but get a subpar dirty construct gym. Planet fitness and City Center OneLife is better. After my contract ends I will be going to planet fitness or crunch because $50 a month for a mid crowded gym is not it.
