These are supposed to be trained medical professionals? God forbid I expect to be treated like a decent human being. Customer Service Pro-tip: telling a customer “I don’t know you” isn’t a flex it’s just further outing the fact that you’re garbage at your “job”.

I was having an issue with my insurance, trying to get my prescription for nearly 2 weeks and they took the time to resolve it for me after I was having no luck getting it done . The pharmacist never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience (which I have experienced a lot of other pharmacies in this area) and was extremely communicative with me. I so appreciate all of her help! Overall fantastic experience dealing with this pharmacy.
