  Rebecca was very kind and helpful over the phone. Appreciated the quick response and taking the time to help me. I've previously filled my dogs' prescriptions here as well, and they were super helpful with my pups' medications, as well as had the most affordable pricing.

  I'm gonna be real, this pharmacy screwed up my and my wife's visit with really poor customer service. We came in this evening to pick up a prescription and not only could they not process our insurance for 25 minutes, once they finally did, they just told us to get back in the end of the line. After which we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to just give us the prescription. This was after the prescription was already ready in the bag, as my wife had called it in this morning. They should have either just sent us with it (since they already assured us it wasn't an issue with the insurance card, they just didn't know how to enter the information 😒) or at least paused the line and finished our transaction since we had already been at the counter 25 minutes! Neither of the 2 other pharmacies at which we've previously had the same insurance and prescription have had any such issue. Ridiculous. Setting up Amazon pharmacy tonight.

  Customer service is absolutely garbage. Eye rolling, clicking tongues, walking away, snide attitude, no communication, openly lie just to get you to leave. These are supposed to be trained medical professionals? God forbid I expect to be treated like a decent human being. Customer Service Pro-tip: telling a customer “I don’t know you” isn’t a flex it’s just further outing the fact that you’re garbage at your “job”.

  The pharmacist and other workers at this location are the kindest pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with. I was having an issue with my insurance, trying to get my prescription for nearly 2 weeks and they took the time to resolve it for me after I was having no luck getting it done . The pharmacist never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience (which I have experienced a lot of other pharmacies in this area) and was extremely communicative with me. I so appreciate all of her help! Overall fantastic experience dealing with this pharmacy.
