For 25 years, Dominion Physical Therapy & Associates has provided individualized, patient-centered rehabilitative and therapeutic care in the Hampton Roads area. Our goal is to move our clients to their maximum level of wellness in the shortest period of time, working as part of a comprehensive managed care team of physicians, nurses, and clinical case managers. Our staff of licensed, physical, occupational and speech therapists are experienced and highly qualified, and is dedicated to providing the highest quality clinical services in a warm, customer-friendly environment.

Everyone here is very professional, cheerful, kind, and caring. They all go above and beyond to help you recover and meet your goals. I also like that they constantly disinfect the equipment after each use so that the enviroment stays safe and clean. Everyone here is like family and very welcoming. Their techniques and exercise plans are helping me Improve. I am so happy I chose this place for my therapy. Special thanks to Dr. Jefferson and the entire staff they are all awesome!!!❤️

I was recovering from a serious illness and had lost all muscle in my legs & arms and unable to walk on my own. I spoke with the owner Dr Jones and he could not have been more helpful, but more importantly he reassured me that he and his staff would work with me to get back my mobility and more importantly my independence to operate a vehicle. They have two locations near my home which really made it convenient for appointments. I highly recommend Dominion Physical Therapy!!
