  They cannot keep any physical therapist on staff, which is one reason why we followed our therapist to her new location. We only came back for an Occupational Therapist (bad choice). They also cannot handle their billing appropriately and make multiple excuses. We just got hit with a $1000 bill right before Christmas. They didn't send our records to their own billing department for months and tried to blame it on our son being in early intervention previously. He's four and has not been in early intervention in over two years. We also updated them multiple times with our most current insurance and ask almost every time we arrived if we there were any issues or if we had a current balance... (nope...). Now with the $1000 bill, "Oh, we can set you up on a payment plan and we won't send you to collections". Glad to know we won't be sent to collections on your screw up. We are now looking at going elsewhere. The office manager should have been the one to make the call to us to handle this instead of passing it on to her staff. Our son was a micro-preemie and at CHKD for 111 days. We have lost all trust in Dominion Pediatrics' being an appropriate place for our son's development.

  My kids have received various services here for over a decade. They have been godsends. They were the only ones able to help my eldest to speak understandably (and the fourth I’d tried, with little improvement) and my youngest to learn to communicate period.
